Nice, but still no cigar
Apple to sell DRM-free music on iTunes music store.
A definite improvement; the extra 30 cents gets you better quality and of course, no DRM. And they even let you upgrade existing tracks, which is a very nice gesture.
Still, aside from iTunes exclusives and single tracks off otherwise forgettable albums, I will continue buying physical CDs.
For roughly the same price as online, a physical CD gives me a perfect, lossless backup copy of my music, free from DRM, and I also get a printed lyrics sheet and the ability to rip the music into whatever format I prefer.

Congrats on the switch over, I hope you enjoy tinkering around as much as I do! :)
Also, thanks for the run down and leg work in regards to the candidates tomorrow. It definitely helps in regards to making an informed decision. See ya wednesday
