As if he's not already unpopular enough
President Bush's scheduled TV address tonight screws up the schedule for the airing of the much-awaited season finales of "Prison Break" and "24."
If I were a TV network, I'd just tell Mr. Bush to go pound sand. If it's a national emergency, then air his speech. Otherwise, if people are interested, they can watch C-SPAN. And this is a bi-partisan thing; whether the president is a Democrat or Republican, the networks should feel no obligation to carry non-crisis speeches.
