Bad call

Supreme Court rules eminent domain takings can be made even for private gain.

What a bad decision.

I'm not a die-hard libertarian by any means. Eminent domain has its uses, but those uses should be for extraordinary projects of great public good. People shouldn't have their homes taken by the government for the benefits of private economic growth.
